Barcelona are keen to make a move for Youli Tielemans so that he joins the club next season, report Marca.
Sergio Busquets’ contract is set to expire with Els Culers this summer. Even though the Blaugrana board would be interested in sitting down with the Barcelona captain to extend his deal, it appears as though the 34-year-old is ready to part ways with the club where he started his professional footballing career.
It is believed that Barcelona have set their eyes on Leicester City’s Youri Tielemans as a replacement for Busquets. The Belgian international’s contract will expire in June 2023 and the player is showing no interest in renewing his deal with The Foxes.
The 25-year-old is free to sign pre-contractual agreements with different clubs from January onwards and Barcelona hope that they can convince the midfielder to come to the Nou Camp if he chooses to close his chapter at Leicester City.
