The top La Liga players and their market value

Football website Transfermarkt has provided the market value of some of La Liga’s top talents.

João Félix

João Félix has become the key man in attack for Atlético Madrid. In the club’s win over Getafe on Monday, he created all three goals in the club’s 3-0 win.

In 24 La Liga games in 2021-22, he scored eight goals and provided four assists for Diego Simeone’s side. He is expected to produce even more this season, as his responsibility grows at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Market value: €70m

Pedri

Pedri was ruled out for spells of last season but when playing for Barcelona, he was instrumental. The Blaugrana picked up an average of 2.67 points per game in La Liga with the youngster in midfield.

The Spain international will be hoping to stay fit over the next few months with the World Cup just around the corner. He signed a new deal with the Catalan club until 2026 in October and can no doubt be one of the world’s greatest players consistently under Xavi’s tutelage.

Market value: €80m

Vinicius

Vinicius was unplayable for large parts of La Liga 2021-22. In 33 league outings with Los Blancos, the Brazilian hit the back of the net 14 times and provided nine assists.

The 22-year-old ranked first across the whole of La Liga in goal-creating actions, shot-creating actions, players dribbled past, carries into the final third, nutmegs, progressive carries and progressive carrying distance last season, as per FBref.
