Real Madrid’s fresh Leny Yoro scouting mission confirmed

A fresh insight into Spanish giants Real Madrid’s ongoing efforts to bring in youngster Leny Yoro from LOSC Lille has been provided this evening.

The name of defender Yoro has of course found its place front and centre in the headlines in Madrid for several months now.

This comes amid the widespread understanding that the 18-year-old – widely considered to be one of the standout young talents in his home country of France – has been identified as a prime target on the part of the powers that be at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Florentino Pérez and co, in turn, have already begun work towards a summer deal.

And, as alluded to above, on Tuesday, an update on the situation has been forthcoming.

The info comes courtesy of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who has confirmed that Real Madrid are readying a new ‘mission’ for Yoro.

As much will come by way of a series of Blancos scouts making their way to France, to watch the defender in action over the weeks ahead.

Romano also adds, though, that the La Liga leaders face serious competition for Yoro, with Paris Saint-Germain, alongside a number of English clubs, also in the race for his signature this summer.
