Real Madrid will not sign any more players

Real Madrid’s board of directors and coaching staff have agreed that no more players will be signed before the summer transfer window shuts.

Club president Florentino Pérez and Carlo Ancelotti are happy with the current group of players and despite Vinícius’ latest injury, the club will not look for another attacking option, according to AS.

Madrid have signed Jude Bellingham, who has been exceptional for the club so far, but Los Blancos have not made any attempts to sign Kylian Mbappé this summer, as the PSG forward wanted to play out the final year of his contract at the Parc des Princes, and will of course become available on a free next year.

Brahim Díaz and Fran García have returned to Madrid to strengthen Ancelotti’s squad and Basque netminder Kepa Arrizabalaga was signed on loan from Chelsea to replace Thibaut Courtois, who recently suffered an ACL injury in training. Arda Güler has also joined the club, but is currently ruled out through injury.
