The powers that be at Real Madrid are putting the necessary financial plans in place to launch respective moves for two of world football’s standout attackers.
That’s according to Diario AS, who have provided a fresh insight into the transfer vision in place at the Santiago Bernabéu for the coming 12 months.
Los Blancos, it would appear, are in a strong financial position at present.
They currently boast around €128 million to splash out on additions to the club’s playing ranks.
However, this sum will be added to by a further €265 million in 2024, with Florentino Pérez and Co. ready to make use of such funds courtesy of the most audacious of double swoops in the summer.
AS point towards the capital giants clearing out some of the more seasoned members of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, to open up space on the wage bill for both Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland.
The former would arrive on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, with serious consideration also being given to activating Haaland’s €200 million Manchester City release clause.
