Speaking in an interview with TV3, Barcelona head coach Quique Setién revealed he believes club legend Lionel Messi will see out his career at the Catalan club.
Messi has recently been linked with a move to Inter, however the former Real Betis coach feels his future lies in Barcelona.
“The ideal thing would be to work in a positive atmosphere, but I don’t think those things will have an effect on Messi. We are sure he is going to continue with us and that he will finish his career at Camp Nou.”
Messi’s contract is up at the end of the 2020-21 season, but the Argentine has an agreement that allows him to walk away for free this summer.
