Sevilla and Real Madrid played out a thriller in La Liga on Sunday night. Here are the Real Madrid player ratings from the Matchday 32 fixture.

Thibaut Courtois, 5 – He couldn’t do much about the goals.

Lucas Vázquez, 4 – Lost the ball for Rakitic to score the opener with a free-kick.

Eder Militão, 3 – Poor play for both of Sevilla’s goals, in what was a terrible first half for the Brazilian.

David Alaba, 6 – Had to the deal with Rafa Mir’s aerial threat after Anthony Martial went off injured.

Dani Carvajal, 8 – Started at left-back then moved to right-back. Provided two assists.

Luka Modric, 7 – Strong second half in the centre of midfield.

Eduardo Camavinga, 3 – Should have seen red and was taken off at half-time.

Toni Kroos, 8 – Excellent in the second half. Kept Madrid ticking over as they turned the screw.

Fede Valverde, 8 – Covered every blade of grass.

Karim Benzema, 9 – So much composure to score the 92nd minute winner. He has 25 league goals this season

Vinicius, 8 – Linked up to provide the pre assist for Benzema’s goal. Had his own goal controversially ruled out for handball.

SUBS:

Rodrygo, 9 – Scored his first La Liga goal of the season. Was very effective off the bench, creating Benzema’s winner with a mazy run.

Nacho, 8 – Came off the bench to score Madrid’s second goal of game and turn the game around.
