Nottingham Forest prioritise the signing of Álex Moreno from Real Betis

As reported by AS, Nottingham Forest are very keen to get an agreement in place with Real Betis to sign Álex Moreno.

The Daily Telegraph, whose sources are close to The Reds, believe that Real Betis have accepted the club’s offer of €10 million to secure the services of the 29-year-old.

However, the Andalucían side are yet to confirm whether they have given the green light to Nottingham Forest regarding their proposed fee.

Last week it was communicated that Real Betis rejected a €10 million offer from the Premier League team, which included the signing of both Álex Moreno and William Carvalho.

On the other hand, if Nottingham Forest are willing to only take the Spanish defender for the proposed fee, Real Betis might agree to continue negotiations this week.

The situation between the two clubs may be complicated by the fact that Nottingham Forest are entering the race to sign Houssem Aouar from Lyon, a player who Real Betis have been monitoring for months.
