Manchester City and Valencia have reached an agreement over the signing of winger Ferran Torres, according to Valencia-based journalist Héctor Gómez.
Torres is set to join for a reported fee of €25m plus €10m in variables. Both clubs are currently completing the required paperwork but have fully agreed on the deal. The Spain U21 international will join on a five-year deal.
