Manchester City and Valencia are currently holding advanced talks regarding the transfer of highly-rated midfielder Ferran Torres to the Premier League club, according to Valencia-based journalist Héctor Gómez.
Txiki Beguiristáin and Jorge Mendes are negotiating the deal, which is expected to be finalised soon, and will see the Spanish midfielder join Pep Guardiola’s side. The fee is reported to be in the region of €25m plus €10m in add-ons.
