Junior Firpo to sign 4-year deal with Leeds United

According to AS, Junior Firpo will join Leeds United for the next four seasons and his transfer will be announced in the coming days.

Barcelona have reached an agreement with the English club, in a deal worth €15 million, that will see the left-back leave the Camp Nou after two seasons.

The 24-year-old wants to play in England and will arrive at Elland Road to fill a position that is about to become vacant, as Ezgjan Alioski’s contract comes to an end.

Víctor Orta, the English club’s sporting director, has been the main driving force behind his signing and has convinced him to help Leeds in their second season in the Premier League, after the success of the 2020/21 campaign.
