In an interview with the Turkish daily Sözcü, Guti expressed his desire to one day manage Real Madrid.
“My dream is to manage Real Madrid, but if an offer or opportunity comes from Turkey, why not? I want to manage a team,” the former Madrid playmaker said.
The former Besiktas player enjoyed his experience in Turkey from 2010 to 2011 and is as loyal to Real Madrid as he is to the Turkish side. “I can’t coach Fenerbahçe or Galatasaray. If an offer comes in, I’ll say no.”
Guti previously had a spell in charge of Segunda División side Almería.
