The board at La Liga outfit Getafe have forwarded an opening offer to free agent Jadon Sancho, in the hopes of luring the Englishman to Spain for the remainder of the campaign.
The name of winger Sancho has of course emerged as a prominent one in the media headlines across Spain over the course of the week to date.
With the former Chelsea and Manchester United man still without a club following the expiration of his contract terms with the latter, the aforementioned Getafe have been tipped to launch an audacious move for Sancho.
The Azulones are fresh off snapping up veteran defender Dani Carvajal, with their efforts on the free agent market evidently not finished there.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano that:
‘Getafe submit official proposal to Jadon Sancho to try sign him as a free agent. Sancho has proposals from the Middle East, but Getafe want to ‘repeat’ the Greenwood deal and sign Jadon.’
