Gerard Piqué appoints Eder Sarabia as FC Andorra manager

Eder Sarabia has been announced as the new manager of Spanish Third Division side FC Andorra.

Sarabia was Quique Setién’s former assistant coach at Barcelona and will be officially presented at his new club on Tuesday. Barça defender Gerard Piqué is one of the owners of the club through the Kosmos group.

Sarabia was Piqué’s coach at the Catalan club and now finds himself working under the Catalan club owner at the Andorran club. The 40-year-old coach worked under Setién at Las Palmas, Real Betis and Barcelona and has signed a deal until June 2023, with the objective of achieving promotion to Spain’s Second Division.
