An insight into the considerable wages awaiting Athletic Club star Nico Williams, should he ultimately opt to join Barcelona, has this week been forthcoming online.
The name of wide-man Williams has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines in Barcelona with a bang over the course of recent days.
As much comes after the Blaugrana’s seemingly dead pursuit of the 22-year-old was widely reported to have received fresh life.
As confirmed by a whole host sources across Spain, Barca have not yet thrown in the towel when it comes to landing Nico.
And, as alluded to above, on Thursday, one such outlet have provided an insight into the financial package on the table for the Euro 2024 winner at the Camp Nou.
As per a report from Diario Sport:
‘Nico knows Barça’s proposal through his representative, Félix Tainta: a five-year contract worth twelve million gross for each one.’
This proposal is said to dwarf that on offer to Nico with current employers Athletic Club, with it now remaining to be seen whether or not as much proves enough to convince the explosive winger of the merits of a move to Catalunya’s capital.
