Celta Vigo have had one of the busiest summers in La Liga ahead of the 2022-23 season.
The Galician club have lost a host of key players, chief among them being Brais Méndez for €14m to Real Sociedad.
Both goalkeepers have left. Matías Dituro’s loan deal was up and Rubén Blanco has joined Marseille on loan.
Centre-back Néstor Araujo has left for Club América, while defensive midfielder Okay Yokuşlu has joined West Bromwich Albion.
Agustín Marchesín (34) has been brought in to reinforce between the sticks. The defence has been strengthened with the loan signing of Unai Núñez from Athletic Club and the free signing of Óscar Mingueza from Barcelona.
Óscar Rodríguez has been loaned in from Sevilla to bolster the midfield. Celta have also snapped up 24-year-old American Luca de la Torre and 18-year-old Swedish talent Williot Swedberg as Eduardo Coudet’s men look to improve on their 11th-place finish last campaign.
Club legend Iago Aspas has signed an extension until 2025.
