Casemiro inclined to accept Manchester United’s offer

As broken by Sergio Fernández and Sergio Santos at Relevo, Real Madrid’s Casemiro is leaning towards accepting Manchester United’s offer to sign him.

Yesterday Florentino Pérez met with the player to discuss his future and the possibility of a move this summer. Real Madrid’s president has made it clear that he does not want to sell him, but he has earned the right to decide his future.

While Los Blancos are willing to sell their midfielder, he will not come cheap; they have put a €80 million price tag on Casemiro. It is believed that Manchester United have submitted an initial offer of €60 million which Real Madrid rejected. However, the Spanish champions are willing to meet The Red Devils at €70 million.

Manchester United are offering to double Casemiro’s salary, which could tempt him to move to the Premier League.

The Brazilian insists that he wants to leave Real Madrid on a high and there is no better time to part ways with the club than now after winning the Champions League this past June.
