Barcelona president Joan Laporta has tested positive for Covid-19, the La Liga club has confirmed.
Yesterday, Barça players Pedri and Ferran Torres both tested positive for the virus. Laporta did an antigen test this morning which was negative, but in the afternoon a PCR test he had taken came back positive. As a result, he will miss the club’s upcoming trips. Barcelona take on Linares in the Copa del Rey on Wednesday and then travel to take on Granada in La Liga this weekend.
