The Blaugrana pair in question? Dani Olmo, and Anthony Gordon.
Olmo’s Spain of course made the trip to Wembley yesterday evening, hopeful of keeping alive a spectacular long-term run of form in a Nations League clash.
When all was said and done, La Roja managed precisely that, courtesy of a comeback 2-1 triumph.
Both Olmo and Gordon, meanwhile, featured from the off in the fixture, with the latter having found the net during the first-half, and the former having laid on an assist for Álex Baena to level things up on the other side of the interval.
Post-match, the Barcelona pair then reunited in the tunnel, with Barca summer arrival Gordon having confirmed to the media that he and Olmo swapped jerseys:
