The board at La Liga giants Barcelona have held talks with their counterparts at German outfit Borussia Dortmund, over a potential summer transfer deal.
This comes amid the understanding that the latter have set their sights firmly on the signature of Héctor Fort.
Youngster Fort has over the last week been forced to come to terms with the fact that his immediate future does not lie in Catalunya’s capital. A whole host of clubs from across the continent, in turn, are understood to have made known their interest in a deal for Fort.
And as alluded to above, this week, one such suitor have gone as far as to kickstart negotiations with Deco and co, over the terms of a potential deal…
As per a report from German football insider Florian Plettenberg, citing journalist Matteo Moretto:
‘Borussia Dortmund are exploring a deal to sign Hector Fort. Talks have taken place. Dortmund are fully informed about all the details surrounding a potential move for the 20 y/o right-back from FC Barcelona.’
