4 in, 4 out: Carlo Ancelotti set to rotate Real Madrid XI to face Celta Vigo

An insight into the plans of Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti to shake up his starting XI this weekend has on Friday been provided.

The info comes courtesy of José Félix Díaz of Marca, who has confirmed that four Real stars to have been forced to make do with a place on the bench in midweek look set to be afforded starting berths against Celta Vigo.

The players in question? Luka Modrić, Lucas Vázquez, Rodrygo, and Brahim Díaz.

Midfielder Modrić and frontman Rodrygo were both introduced during the 2nd-half against RB Leipzig on Wednesday night.

Brahim and Vázquez, on the other hand, were forced to watch on from the sidelines as their side booked a spot in the Champions League’s quarter-finals.

Amid what has proven an intense run of fixtures for Los Blancos, though, Carlo Ancelotti, as alluded to above, is ready to afford all four the chance to impress from the off on Sunday.

Dropping out, meanwhile, will most notably be Jude Bellingham, set to sit out the first of a two-game ban against Celta.

And taking their respective places on the bench will be Dani Carvajal, Toni Kroos and, most likely, Eduardo Camavinga.
