Antoine Griezmann and Atlético Madrid are preparing for tonight’s Madrid derby at the Metropolitano stadium.
The France international has always been an admirer of former Real Madrid winger David Beckham. AS report ahead of the derby, that as a tribute to Beckham, Griezmann wears long-sleeved shirts for club and country.
Due to his love of the USA, he has also been linked with a future move to MLS and Beckham’s club Inter Miami, who have signed former La Liga players Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba in recent months.
Former Barcelona forward Griezmann is an NFL and NBA fan and likes the American culture. Not too long ago, he was spotted on the New York subway as he enjoyed a trip abroad in the off-season.

Griezmann and Atlético captain Koke will often watch NFL games together. Griezmann made his NFL commentary debut in January, appearing on Spanish channel Movistar+ for live coverage of the Buffalo Bills against the Cincinnati Bengals.
