Sevilla have reached an agreement with River Plate for Gonzalo Montiel for a fee believed to be in the region on €8 million, according to journalist César Luis Merlo.
The 24-year-old will join the LaLiga club until 2026. Montiel is expected to travel to Spain tomorrow to undergo a medical ahead of officially joining Sevilla.
A versatile right-back, Montiel has represented Argentina at senior level on 12 occasions.
