Reminder: The 4 Real Madrid stars who will miss 2nd leg if booked vs Man City

Four members of Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid squad will be walking the disciplinary tightrope, when they take to the pitch in the club’s upcoming Champions League quarter-final first leg.

Real, of course, are fresh off discovering their fate on the continent, by way of Friday morning’s Champions League draw.

Los Blancos have been afforded a tall task to say the least, in the form of a last eight showdown with reigning champions Manchester City.

The capital giants were sent packing from the competition by the Sky Blues just last season, when a 1-1 stalemate at the Santiago Bernabéu was followed by a 4-0 City rout in Manchester.

Safe to say, then, that Carlo Ancelotti and his staff will no doubt be desperate to have as many of their side’s key performers as possible fit and available for the club’s return leg trip to The Etihad this time round.

Should any of Jude Bellingham, Vinícius Jr, Aurélien Tchouaméni or Eduardo Camavinga pick up a yellow card against Man City in Spain, however, they will be ruled out for the tie’s 2nd leg.

This comes with all four just a solitary booking away from a one-game Champions League suspension.
