Real Madrid wait for PSG to respond to €160 million offer for Kylian Mbappé

Real Madrid have not yet received a formal response from PSG after making an offer of €160 million for Kylian Mbappé, according to journalist Arancha Rodríguez.

Earlier in the evening, Mario Cortegana of Goal broke the news after the club made their first offer for Mbappé with just a week to go before the end of the transfer window.

The efforts of Mbappé, with whom a personal agreement will not be an issue, are tipping the balance in Madrid’s favour. The forward has declined at least six contract renewal proposals from PSG, with his current contract running out in 2022.

The transfer window closes on August 31 and Real Madrid believe that they are closer than ever to their main target.
