Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappé has this weekend revealed his hopes of locking horns with both Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar Jr. at this summer’s World Cup.
Mbappé is of course primed to lead his native France out at the upcoming international showpiece in North America.
With sights on a repeat of their triumph at the 2018 World Cup, a talent-packed Les Bleus squad will head into the tournament amongst the very favourites to go all the way.
Last time out, in Qatar, Mbappé of course played a starring role for Didier Deschamps’ troops, netting a hat-trick in a finale defeat at the hands of Argentina.
Speaking during an interview with Sorare late this week, the 27-year-old was therefore drawn on his hopes for the summer ahead.
And after reiterating his desire to lift the World Cup for a 2nd time, Mbappé went on to admit:
“I dream of facing Cristiano and Neymar at the World Cup. It will be their last World Cup…”
