Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos hits back at Marca over display vs Arandina: ‘Use glasses”

Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos has taken to social media, to make his frustrations with Spanish outlet Marca very much known.

Real, and Ceballos, were of course back in action over the weekend, when they made the trip to minnows Arandina for a Copa del Rey last-16 matchup.

When all was said and done, the visitors emerged predictably comfortable victors, owing to goals on the part of all of Joselu, Brahim Díaz, and Rodrygo.

As is customary, Madrid-based daily Marca, in turn, unveiled a post-match report on proceedings at El Montecillo, complete with player ratings for Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.

Whilst a number of Real’s stars – including debutant Arda Güler – were praised for their efforts, though, rated as Los Merengues’ worst performer on the day was the aforementioned Dani Ceballos.

Safe to say, however, that the former Arsenal man is not at all in agreement with the editorial team at Marca.

Taking to his official Twitter account earlier this evening, Ceballos reposted the match report in question, accompanied by the damning caption:

“Use glasses”
