Real Madrid loanee Peter Federico speaks out on Valencia future

Valencia winter signing Peter Federico has this evening for the first time spoken out since putting pen to paper on terms with the club.

Wide-man Peter, of course, opted to take his talents to the Mestalla last week.

Amid interest on the part of a whole host of La Liga clubs, the 21-year-old ultimately opted for Los Che, in the process bringing an end to his nine-year stint with Real Madrid.

And yet, down the line, Peter could find himself plying his trade back in Spain’s capital.

The Spanish youngster’s move to Valencia comes in the form of a loan, featuring the option to buy in the summer.

As much would only see Valencia secure 50% of his playing rights, though, affording the Real Madrid brass the opportunity to bring him back in the future, as proved the case with the likes of Fran García and Alvaro Morata.

But if Peter has his way, he will not be departing his new home in Spain’s east coast any time soon.

Speaking to the media as part of his official presentation, the talented attacker confirmed his intention to stay put at Valencia for years to come:

“I hope to come for six months, and stay for many more,” Peter announced.
