A once-iconic member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has this weekend taken to social media, to send a message of congratulations to Jude Bellingham.
As much, of course, comes fresh off the latter securing his first-ever league title, in the colours of Los Blancos.
Bellingham played his part on Saturday, in emerging from the bench to put Real two goals to the good en route to an eventual 3-0 downing of Cádiz.
Followed in turn by Barcelona being put to the sword by Girona, Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid were officially crowned Spanish football’s finest for the 2023/24 campaign.
Bellingam was unsurprisingly quick to take to social media to celebrate the achievement on Saturday night, unveiling a photo of he and his mother at the Santiago Bernabéu.
And, as alluded to above, amongst those to have sent messages of congratulations the way of Real Madrid’s midfield starlet was none other than David Beckham.
Taking to the comments section of Bellingham’s IG post, ex-Blancos wide-man Beckham wrote:
‘Well done mate’, tagging both his fellow countryman and Real Madrid, before rounding out his message with ‘campeones’.
