The home crowd in attendance at Real Madrid’s meeting with Girona on Sunday have made use of the opportunity to make crystal clear their grievances with recent developments in Spanish football.
Carlo Ancelotti’s troops are of course currently locked in action.
Amid efforts to keep pace with arch rivals Barcelona atop the La Liga table, Real Madrid have welcomed the aforementioned Girona to Spain’s capital.
As alluded to above, though, before proceedings had even been kicked into gear at the Santiago Bernabéu, the home fans were up in arms.
Real Madrid have of course found themselves front and centre in the media headlines over recent weeks, amid ongoing backlash against what those of a Blancos persuasion consider to be consistently damaging officiating.

This was then followed by a chorus of boos and whistles upon Real’s own players taking their place behind a banner reading:
