Real Madrid face hectic fixture schedule

Following their Champions League victory over Chelsea in London in midweek, Real Madrid will return to domestic action on Saturday when they welcome Celta Vigo to the Santiago Bernabéu.

Madrid are well and truly in the business end of the season, with games coming thick and fast. They have four La Liga games coming up.

After Celta on Saturday, they will travel to play Girona on Tuesday 25 April. Almería will then come to the Bernabéu on Saturday 29 April and Madrid will follow that fixture up with a tricky test against Real Sociedad on Tuesday 2 May.

Real Madrid vs Manchester City

Following the four league fixtures, the reigning European champions have a Copa del Rey final against Osasuna on 6 May to prepare and will then go head-to-head against a Manchester City side looking for Champions League revenge on 9 May.

The second leg against Pep Guardiola’s City will take place at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on 17 May.
