Predicted Portugal XI vs Morocco

Portugal will play Morocco in the quarter-finals of the World Cup later today.

The Portuguese will be filled with confidence before the fixture after beating Switzerland 6-1 in the round of last 16 on Tuesday thanks to a hat-trick by Gonçalo Ramos.

Fernando Santos is predicted to include two players from La Liga in his starting XI. Real Betis’ William Carvalho will probably join Bernardo Silva and Rúben Neves in midfield, while Atlético Madrid forward João Félix will most likely start on Portugal’s left wing.

Just like in the previous game, Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to start the game on the bench.

Predicted Portugal starting lineup against Morocco

AS predict that Santos will field the following starting XI against Morocco: Diogo Costa – Diogo Dalot, Pepe, Rúben Dias, Raphaël Guerreiro – Bernardo Silva, Rúben Neves, William Carvalho – Bruno Fernandes, Gonçalo Ramos, João Félix.

The match is set to kick off at 4 pm CET.
