According to Santi Ovalle of Cadena SER, Ousmane Dembélé’s entourage say that if the latest proposal is the one Barcelona have offered, he will not renew.
Barcelona say that they have no intention of making any proposal beyond the one they have already made and the Frenchman’s entourage tells Cadena SER that if that is the last proposal for Dembélé, he will not renew his contract.
The Frenchman’s side of the negotiations have not closed the door on Barça and say that in the last meeting they had, they made clear in their counter-proposal the conditions that must be met.
The latest talks between Dembélé’s representatives and the La Liga club have reportedly helped to improve the relationship between both parties.
Despite this, Barça are not getting closer to the winger’s demands but his entourage admit that he has not yet decided where he will play next season and has nothing agreed, therefore, making it possible to explore a new proposal if Barcelona come up with a new offer.
The 25-year-old’s contract expires at the end of this month.
