The relationship between Kylian Mbappé and PSG is completely broken, according to Mario Cortegana of Marca. Marca have confirmed the news first reported by RMC Sport in France.
According to the report, Mbappé has already asked to leave, with the 2018 World Cup winner reportedly working on his departure from the Parc des Princes in January.
The Ligue 1 club are aware of this and have agreed to ‘collaborate’ with the player. The main part of the story is one that will surprise a few; his destination will not be Real Madrid. That has been made very clear in the talks between the parties: anywhere but the Santiago Bernabéu. Mbappé would, however, like to sign for Los Blancos at some point in his career.
The relationship between Madrid and PSG is not good. Florentino Pérez and Nasser Al Khelaifi have not had a positive relationship for some time, due to their opposing views on the Super League and Mbappé’s failed move to Real Madrid.
Mbappé feels that PSG have betrayed him as the club made him a series of promises so that he would renew until 2024. That was the deal, and not 2025, as L’Équipe later revealed.
