Juan Miranda is expected to return to Barcelona this summer, cutting his two-year loan deal at Schalke short, according to Sport.
The Spain U21 left-back has played in just four league games for the Bundesliga side this season and therefore won’t meet the 20 matches required in order to continue his loan deal into a second season.
The 20-year-old joined Barça’s youth team setup in 2014 from Real Betis.
