The latest social media activity on the part of Real Madrid star Joselu has piqued widespread attentions today.
This comes after the frontman unveiled a humorous new nickname for Blancos teammate Brahim Díaz.
Midfielder Díaz, of course, has positioned himself front and centre in the headlines in Madrid over the course of the last 24 hours.
This comes after the 24-year-old conjured up a moment of individual magic, to guide Real to a Champions League Last-16 first leg victory over RB Leipzig.
So good was the goal, in fact, that many quickly likened Brahim’s run and finish to those routinely carried out by arguably world football’s greatest-ever player – Lionel Messi – throughout the ex-Barcelona talisman’s career.
And now, on Wednesday, the former AC Milan man has drawn comparisons with yet another of the game’s all-time greats.
The player in question? Diego Maradona.
Taking to his official Instagram account, the aforementioned Joselu unveiled a brilliant one-word post, to showcase his appreciation for Brahim’s match-winning efforts against Leipzig:
“Brahimaradona”, he wrote.
