José Mourinho issues frustrated response to Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham’s Ballon d’Or finish

Real Madrid head coach José Mourinho has provided his response to the finish of midfield star Jude Bellingham outside the top-10 in the final Ballon d’Or standings.

The latest ‘Golden Ball’ ceremony was of course held in the English capital of London earlier this week.

When all was said and done, Real Madrid, as a club, were left hugely disappointed, as star frontman Kylian Mbappé was pipped to the prize by Bayern Munich counterpart Harry Kane.

In addition, Los Blancos saw the aforementioned Jude Bellingham finish in 11th spot, an outcome which many drew issue with following the Englishman’s spectacular World Cup campaign.

Speaking during an appearance in front of the media on Saturday, José Mourinho was therefore drawn on Bellingham’s final Ballon d’Or position.

And the Portuguese tactician made clear his frustration in his response:

“Jude Bellingham being 11th at the Ballon d’Or left me with no words… Really, no comment.”
