Granada sporting director discusses future plan for Spain international Bryan Zaragoza

Granada sporting director Matteo Tognozzi spoke to Movistar Plus before the Alavés-Granada match in La Liga on Friday and discussed the future of Granada winger Bryan Zaragoza, who is attracting interest from other European sides.

“There is no fear about a possible departure because with him [Bryan] and his representative we have daily contact,” explained Tognozzi in quotes transcribed by Relevo.

“We are happy to have Bryan and in the future, we will do something that is good for him and for us,” he continued. The player, who has a clause of €14m, has a contract with the Andalusian side until June 2027, but his long-term deal is not putting off other European clubs from showing their interest in the talented Spain international.

“There are no advanced negotiations for this winter window, but we have clear objectives,” added Tognozzi. Zaragoza is wanted by several clubs, including Premier League side Brentford and German outfit RB Leipzig.
