Giuliano Simeone could be set for La Liga move

Giuliano Simeone spent last season on loan at Segunda outfit Real Zaragoza, where he scored nine goals and provided three assists in 37 games. The son of Atlético Madrid head coach Diego Simeone has to sign a new deal at Atlético first (he has a contract until 2025) before going out on loan again.

Relevo report that one of the options being considered for the Argentine striker’s next move is recently promoted Alavés, who saw Asier Villalibre, the hero of their promotion win over Levante, return to Athletic Club. The Vitoria side are looking to strengthen their attack for their return to the top flight and could do so with the energetic Giuliano.

Villar to Granada?

After two loan spells without much game time for Gonzalo Villar at Getafe, the midfielder from Murcia could remain in La Liga for 2023-24.

As reported by Ideal, there have been talks between Granada and Villar, who has a contract with AS Roma until June 2024, although he is not part of José Mourinho’s plans going forward.
