Francisco Trincão could be set for Barcelona return

Xavi Hernández has returned to Barcelona and another player who could also be returning is Francisco Trincão.

The Portuguese winger left Barça on loan over the summer to join Wolves and the new Barça coach wants to bring him back in January, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The English side paid €6 million for his loan deal and have an option to buy him for €30 million. Barça would have to compensate Wolves financially should they call him back.

The Portuguese player is a permanent fixture in Bruno Lage’s eleven. So far this season, he has played 650 minutes in nine games, starting eight of them, and scored a goal against Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup.
