In an interview with Marca, Real Madrid right-back Dani Carvajal said he expects Xavi Hernández to make an impact at Barcelona.
“We respect all rivals. We are surprised to see Barça so far behind, but no one can rule them out of any title.
Carvajal expects new boss Xavi to make a difference at Camp Nou. “It is a safe change. The arrival of a figure like Xavi for Barcelona will fill them with enthusiasm,” he continued.
“Although he is a rival I wish him all the luck in the world, [but] not against us [laughs].”
