Endrick’s wishes confirmed amid Palmeiras’ efforts to push back move to Real Madrid

An insight into the stance of Endrick when it comes to the possibility of delaying his arrival at Real Madrid has today been provided.

The name of Brazilian sensation Endrick has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines in Spain’s capital across the week to date.

As much comes after word was forthcoming that Brazilian giants Palmeiras, with whom the striker is currently on loan from Real, had forwarded a request to their counterparts in the boardroom at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The communication in question centered on the possibility of pushing Endrick’s long-awaited move to Spain back until the end of the year.

As per the current terms of the agreement between the clubs, the youngster is primed to link up with his new teammates in July, upon turning 18.

Still a pivotal figure in Palmeiras’ ranks, though, the São Paulo-based club are understandably keen to push Endrick’s departure out for as long as possible.

The Real Madrid brass, for their part, have since have made clear to Palmeiras that they have no intention of altering the terms of their deal.

Where does the player himself stand on the situation, though?

Well, an insight into precisely that has on Sunday been forthcoming.

The info comes courtesy of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who has confirmed that Endrick, too, plans on linking up with Real Madrid at the earliest opportunity.

The imminent announcement of Los Blancos’ deal for Kylian Mbappé will have no impact on the situation, with Endrick ready to battle it out with the host of headline attackers at the disposal of boss Carlo Ancelotti from the get-go next season.
