Endrick confirms commitment to Real Madrid with pre-season tour pledge

Those of a Real Madrid persuasion will no doubt be excited to learn the latest news surrounding incoming signing Endrick’s plans for the summer.

As much comes amid confirmation that the frontman is ready to do whatever it takes to link up with his new teammates at the earliest opportunity.

As per a report from Relevo, Endrick is widely expected to be afforded a spot in Dorival’s Brazil squad for the upcoming Copa América.

This of course comes with the 17-year-old fresh off netting in both of his country’s outings during the recent international break.

In the case of Brazil advancing to the semi-finals of the tournament, Endrick, for his part, will not be required to join Real Madrid’s pre-season tour of the United States.

Real recently made this much clear by way of an official statement.

The brass at the Santiago Bernabéu want to ensure that the club’s star performers are afforded necessary rest before taking their place in what will be an intensive pre-season camp.

But Endrick, it would appear, has no desire for rest at present.

Instead, as per Relevo:

‘The young player wants to participate in the US tour even if playing in a hypothetical Copa América final with Brazil’.

The Copa finale is due to play out on July 14th, with Carlo Ancelotti’s squad primed to fly to the USA later the same month.

And Endrick, desperate to be integrated into the first-team setup at Real as quickly as possible, has already made clear his readiness to participate in both.

In the end, the final decision will be made by the powers that be in Spain’s capital, but the commitment of the club’s incoming starlet certainly bodes well when it comes to Endrick’s prospects in Spain and beyond.
