Casemiro spoke to Movistar after Real Madrid were knocked out of the Champions League by Chelsea.
“We started well and had two good chances through Benzema. They were better than us after that. Our focus now is on LaLiga and the next game against Sevilla. We’re all really disappointed but Chelsea were better than us.
“At Real Madrid, you always have to think about the next game. It was an important game for us tonight of course, after everything, no fans, Covid-19, injuries, etc but there are no excuses now, they were simply better than us. It’s not easy to win the Champions League. We have to congratulate Chelsea.”
