Brahim Díaz on returning to Real Madrid: “We don’t know what can happen tomorrow.”

Brahim Díaz scored one of the goals in AC Milan’s 2-0 victory against Juventus over the weekend.

In an interview with Spanish radio network SER that also appeared on Mundo Deportivo, the former Real Madrid midfielder discussed his time at AC Milan:

“Since I arrived I assumed the responsibility necessary as it is a big club and you have to perform. This year we hope to do great things. The first year we got into the Champions League, then the following year we won Serie A. It’s true that I’m having a good time now and I have to take advantage of it.”

The Spaniard was asked about the possibility of returning to Los Blancos:

“Now I am focused on Milan. What happens later, will have to happen. The future will be seen, we don’t know what can happen tomorrow. I’m at Milan and I want to perform and give 100%. The fans love me a lot. I’m at a great club and I’m focused on the next game and focused on Milan.”

Díaz also revealed that he would be open to going to the World Cup with Spain:

“I have no plans in November. I am very much looking forward to it. Going with the national team would make me proud and it is one of the objectives. It would be amazing to go to Qatar.”
