Barcelona won’t pay €30 million for Adama Traoré

Ousmane Dembélé has turned Barcelona’s right winger situation around in just a few months.

In February, Xavi placed his trust in Adama Traoré, and the club was seriously considering the option to buy him at the end of the season.

Dembélé has gone from being booed by Barcelona fans in Camp Nou to getting standing ovations in just a few weeks and everything has changed.

The French winger is a key player for the club. Marca report that Barca want to keep him at Camp Nou meaning they will not pay the €30 million for Adama who is now seen as a squad player.

Currently on loan at Barcelona from Wolves, the La Liga side have an option to buy Traoré for €30 million but it’s unlikely to be triggered due to the club’s financial issues and the player’s position in the squad.
