Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has on Tuesday continued to etch his name indellibly into the history books of Spanish football. This comes courtesy of his exploits in La Roja’s latest outing.
Luis de la Fuente’s troops are currently locked in action in a Nations League meeting with Croatia.
The aforementioned Lamine featured from the off in the fixture, from his customary berth on the right flank. And inside the two-minute mark, the 19-year-old opened the scoring in Seville.
Laid on courtesy of some clever work on the part of Barcelona teammate Fermín López, Lamine directed a pinpoint first-time finish into the far corner of the Croatian net.
And as alluded to above, in the process, the young winger made fresh history. As revealed by statistician ‘MisterChip’ on ‘X’, after also netting the opening goal against England over the weekend:
