According to German outlet SPORT1, Barcelona will make a €40 million offer for RB Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi this week.
Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund are also interested and are currently the favourites to land the forward for a fee of €35 million. The €35 million includes add-ons and Dortmund would offer a salary of €5 million per season, which is reportedly lower than Barca’s would-be offer. The same report states that Barcelona’s offer will include a 5-year deal.
Xavi is very interested in the young forward, who is a European Under-21 champion with Germany and has already made his debut with the senior team. He can play on either flank or through the middle.
