Atlético Madrid have opened talks for Lille right-back Zeki Çelik, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Tottenham have received an approach from the French club for right-back Serge Aurier as an option to replace Çelik if he ends up joining the Spanish champions.
Kieran Trippier is Atlético’s first choice right-back and looks set to stay at the club this summer, however Marcos Llorente has started the season in a right-wing-back role ahead of Trippier and Colombian defender Santiago Arias could leave the club before the end of the window.
