Arsenal and AC Milan are keen on signing Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca, according to La Razon.
Mikel Arteta is reportedly interested in the 23-year-old, who is under contract until June 2022. Roca has played over 100 times for Espanyol since coming through the youth ranks at the club and could be an alternative for Thomas Partey, should the Gunners fail in their attempt to bring the Atletico Madrid midfielder to London.
Roca’s release clause in €40m, which is expected to decrease should Espanyol, who are currently rock bottom of La Liga, get relegated. Everton are also reportedly interested in signing the former Spain U21 international.
